STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT - 1971 (ACT 368)

• Section - 1 - Enactments Amended.

  • (1) The enactments specified in the first column of the Schedule of this Act are hereby amended in the manner indicated in the second column of that Schedule.
    
    (2) The amendments specified in paragraphs 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the said Schedule shall be deemed to have come into force at the same time as the commencement of the enactments to which they respectively relate.
