PROFESSIONAL BODIES REGISTRATION (RESTORATION) ACT - 1979 (AFRCD 27)

• Section - 1 - N.R.C.D. 143 Restored.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary the Professional Bodies Registration Decree, 1973 (N.R.C.D. 143) is hereby restored, and accordingly the professional bodies established and registered under the said Decree shall be deemed never to have been abolished.
    

• Section - 2 - S.M.C.D. 103 Not To Affect Acts Of Professional Bodies.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1 of this Decree no act of any of the said professional bodies since the 6th day of July, 1977, shall be affected by the provisions of the Professional Bodies Registration (Repeal) Decree, 1977 (S.M.C.D. 103).
    

• Section - 3 - Repeal.

  • The Professional Bodies Registration (Repeal) Decree, 1977 (S.M.C.D. 103) is hereby repealed.
