STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT - 1997 (ACT 543)

• Section - 1 - Repeal Of Enactments Specified In Part I Of The Schedule.

  • The enactments specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed.
    

• Section - 2 - Revocation Of Enactments Specified In Part II Of The Schedule.

  • The enactments specified in Part II of the Schedule to this Act are hereby revoked.
    

• Section - 3 - Defreezing Of Bank Accounts.

  • Any bank account frozen by or under any of the enactments specified in the schedule to this Act is hereby defrozen.
