CINEMATOGRAPH ACT - 1961 (ACT 76)

Section - 1 - Exhibition of Films

(1) No person shall conduct, present or give, or allow to be conducted, presented or given, a film exhibition in any premises other than premises licensed under this Part by the Commissioner of Police.

(2) This Part does not apply to a private residence.
