• Section - 1 - Transfer Of Quarries At Weija And Shai Hills To Tema Food Complex Corporation.

  • All assets, rights, obligations and liabilities in respect of the two stone quarries at Weija and Shai which were heretofore held and managed by the body known as the Special Projects Division are hereby vested in the Greater Accra Regional Development Corporation established under the Regional Development Corporations Decree, 1973 (NRCD 140):
    
    Provided that nothing contained in this Decree shall be deemed to transfer any obligation or liability which was assumed or entered into by any person before the 30th day of January, 1970.
