AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT CREDIT AND CO-OPERATIVE BANK ACT - 1965 (ACT 286)

Section - 23 - Dividends

(1) The Bank shall not declare nor pay any dividends in excess of four per centum per annum on shares issued other than to the Government at any time when the amount of moneys in the general reserve fund is less than one-half of the paid up capital of the Bank.
