ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ACT - 1961 (ACT 63)

Section - 88 - Proper Officer and Public Officer

For the purposes of sections 89 to 91 of this Act :-

"the proper officer" means the Administrator-General or his agent or a public officer appointed by the Minister to be the proper officer in relation to a specified category of persons;

"Public officer" includes a pensioner.
