ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ACT - 1961 (ACT 63)

    Section - 54 - Power to remit fees in estates not exceeding G 100

    (1) Where an estate is administered by the Administrator-General under section 53 of this Act the Administrator-General may remit all fees and costs usually payable upon an administration by the Administrator-General, and substitute therefor a fee calculated in accordance with rules made under section 56 of this Act.

    (2) In calculating the amount of the fee payable a fraction of a shilling shall be taken as a shilling.
