Section - 14 - Effects of grant to Administrator-General

Probate or letters of administration granted by the court to the Administrator-General shall be conclusive as to his representative title against all debtors of the deceased and all persons holding assets, and shall afford full indemnity to all debtors paying their debts, and all persons delivering up such assets, to the Administrator-General, or to his agents duly appointed in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
