Section - 5 - Penalty for Non-Supply of Books by Publisher

Every publisher or other person employing any printer who neglects to supply him with any matter or information required under section 1 of this Act which may be necessary to enable the printer to comply with the provisions of this Act, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five pounds.
