    Section - 32 - Payment by Money-Lenders

    Where, at any time between the making of a winding up order and the end of the liquidation, it appears to the liquidator that during the ten years ending with the making of the winding up order, any sum was paid or allowed by the company in respect of a loan in circumstances such that the Court would, if proceedings had been brought under the provisions of section 3 of the Loans Recovery Ordinance (Cap. 175), have ordered the lender to make a repayment to the company, the liquidator may give notice to the lender requiring him, within the period specified in the notice, to make a like payment to the liquidator.
