BILLS OF EXCHANGE ACT - 1961 (ACT 55)

Section - 93 - Business and Non-business Days

(1) For the purposes of this Act, Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas Day, public holidays and days prescribed under subsection (2) are non-business days. Any other day is a business day.

(2) The President may by legislative instrument prescribe that a particular day shall be a non-business day.
